By accessing or using the Streamlined Consulting website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Streamlined Consulting provides AI-powered operating systems, hosted AI assistants, workflow automation, and custom software development services. Specific service terms, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in individual client agreements.
Access to the customer portal is provided to licensed clients. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Unless otherwise specified in a client agreement, custom software developed under a Full License includes exclusive IP rights transfer upon completion and full payment. Subscription and yearly licenses grant usage rights for the duration of the active license.
Streamlined Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
